The time it takes to complete a custom order depends on the complexity of the design and the number of pieces requested. We will provide you with an estimated timeline after discussing your order and requirements with you.

Everything is handmade, and most items are made to order in order to help us minimize storage space. Some orders take upward of 2-3 weeks to complete . PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SLOW SHIPPING COMPANIES AT MAJOR HOLIDAY TIMES.

All our ceramics are handcrafted in our studio in North Ridgeville, Ohio

Yes, we offer gift wrapping for an additional fee. Please indicate that you would like your gift item wrapped at checkout.

To care for your ceramics, we recommend hand washing whenever possible. Avoid sudden temperature changes and extreme temperatures, as this can cause cracking. We also recommend avoiding using abrasive materials to clean your ceramics.
