We sell UNPAINTED ceramic bisque; ready-to-paint items as well as completed special order ceramics. All items listed come unpainted unless otherwise discussed and a special order is made/placed. Most items are MADE TO ORDER when ordered and as such there is a two to three week shipping time frame. During slower seasons we are able to speed this time up some.

Color Pictures: Are for suggested ways of painting and or finishing your pieces. Accessories or attachments such as: glasses, flowers, marbles, and others are not included with your piece.

Lighted Items: Come with a light source that fits in function and cost-effectiveness to keep from having to raise prices in these times of inflation.

Refund/Exchange/Replace Policy:

Replacements:
Should an item arrive broken, or with a major flaw we are happy to send a replacement. To get this started, please just contact us through sales@rrclayexpressions.com and we will work with you to fix the problem. Please attach a picture showing the damages/major flaw and a picture of the outside of the box. These pictures are needed for insurance purposes.

Exchanges:
Are only done if the piece arrives with major flaw, broken, or somehow not as described. All pieces have their sizes listed under Item Description, and as such exchanges will not be done do to size,

Refunds:
If an item arrives broken or with a major flaw, this may be an option presented to you. Other than that, Refunds are not often given due to the nature of our items. They are MADE TO ORDER. We do not keep stock sitting around. They are breakable and often times do not fair well on the return trip. Refunds for other reasons, may be discussed on a case by case basis and we try to be understanding.

Shipping: We here at R&R Clay Expressions will make every effort to ship as early as possible. We ship via USPS, Priority Mail with tracking, and offer other service at customers request during checkout,  but once the items ship it is mostly out of our hands. Please be patient and understanding should any issues arise and rest asured that we will do everything within our ability to correct said issue.
